Taking a "wee" break

I haven’t written anything for a couple weeks.  Normally I try to write every week.  I’ve been physically ill off and on for a while.  I’m extremely fatigued, sometimes to the point I can’t even get out of bed for a full day (and some days not as tired), as well as constant light headed and dizziness, and some nausea.  One minute I’m feeling okay, and the next I’m on the floor because I felt faint or am having trouble breathing.

No, I’m not pregnant.  That was my first thought too. :) 

I’ve done a whole bunch of blood tests so hopefully I’ll get the results this week.  Iron?  Thyroid, maybe? I don’t know. I hate playing the guessing game.

There is so much connection between physical illness and mental illness.  When your body becomes physically ill, it immediately sends a signal to the brain and it alters the chemicals that control our mood. Yay!

Needless to say, I’m feeling physical exhaustion, as well as some anxiety and irritability. 

Anyhoo, I’m going to be taking a break from blogging for a bit until I figure out what’s wrong and get this under control.
